The K-Loader is an auxiliary loading device for the K1 model,
automating the loading of square, round, and rectangular tubes.
It enhances processing efficiency while saving manpower and resources.
The K-Loader supports automatic cyclic loading for tube sizes ranging from Φ20-Φ120mm and □20-□80mm.
Compared to the previous generation of the same model, the cyclic loading time of K-Loader has improved by 21.3%, significantly enhancing efficiency.
The load capacity of the storage area has been increased, allowing up to 10 round tubes of the maximum diameter to be placed at once, reducing the number of loading cycles and lowering labor costs.
The K-Loader is driven by cylinders instead of high-energy-consuming motors, greatly reducing electricity costs.
The failure rate is greatly reduced with only reciprocating cylinder movement and no complex transmission structures, along with very few electrical components.
Compared to the previous generation, the overall device size is reduced by 41%, saving valuable floor space for users.
