Bodor Boot Camp--A Boost of Team Spirit

Bodor Inc. training camp for new staff was successfully held on Mar 25-26, 2017.

Around 350 staff took part in this two-days camp that rolled out a series challenging missions, both physically and mentally. This event, an experience of intense emotion up-down, as all participants were fully involved in it, works to reinforce Bodor team spirit in a large degree.

This boot camp helps all staff who newly join Bodor get to learn the essence of company spirit, pursuit of dream, integrity, passion, efficiency, innovation and cooperation, which unites all Bodor staff for one direction and one shared dream to be the national leader of laser industry and change human life with laser technology! The training also turns out to be a soul searching communication and gives participants inspiration to erect correct views on career and life. This camp may takes only two days, but its effect will be far reaching and reverberates through our work and life. This event reflects Bodor’s focus on the all around development of its employees and its people-oriented growth methodology.
