In order to comprehensively improve operation skill of staff in R & D center, provide a stage to show your talent, push forward the talent cultivation and selection mechanism in Bodor, our center organized "The First R & D Center Operational Skills Competition for Metal Laser Cutting Machine" at the exhibition hall of Suncun factory in the afternoon of 2018.1.15. This competition is approved by the leadership of our company. Yu Fei, general manager of R & D Center, made an opening speech and announced the opening of the skill contest!
16 players from Department of Engineering, Quality Management and Overseas Customer Service took part in this contest. The competition was composed of two groups,P1530 3KW and T6 1KW were the operation machine. During the competition, the specialized personnel counted time for players and the referee was appointed to supervise the competition.
In the course of competition, players displayed their respective abilities. Ordinary plates and pipes quickly turned into exquisite samples in players’ hands. After eight hours fierce competition in two days, four technical experts won the honor of “Technical expert”. Among them, Li Peng (324) from Applied Engineering Department won the laurel with a high score of 86.39 points. Yu Fei, general manager of R & D Center, Lu Shiqiang, deputy general manager of R & D Center, Han Xiaopeng, director of technology platform and Sun Shanqing, PMO manager, made awards for the winners. In the end, R & D center personnel visited and highly praised the contestant's outstanding works!
