Bodor at TUBE 2024 - Highlights

From April 15 to 19, Bodor took part in TUBE 2024, the biggest tube trade fair held in Düsseldorf, Germany. The exhibition welcomed nearly 1,300 exhibitors and over 31,000 visitors to explore tube processing technologies and solutions. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with our attendees, talk about industry trends, and showcase our tube laser cutting systems.
Consul General visit
The visit of Consul General Chunguo Du from the Chinese Consulate General stood out as the highlight of the exhibition. During his time at our booth, Consul General Du engaged in a thought-provoking conversation about tube laser technologies and their practical applications to improve the quality of our daily lives. Furthermore, he commended Bodor’s innovative initiatives and conveyed his confidence to the Bodor team for continued growth.

Tube cutting laser solutions
Tube processing has long been the central focus within the industry for years, driving the need for laser machines to evolve and become more versatile.
The team selected the following laser solutions on display:
·T2 6kW tube laser with T-Trans automation
·P3 30kW sheet metal laser

The T series, Bodor’s classic tube laser model, is known for its exceptional cutting speed (up to 160m/min) and intelligent features, ensuring precision in tube fabrication projects while offering user-friendly and intuitive operations.
T series allows users to manufacture standard and customized-shaped steel tubes for their application needs, thanks to the capability to process tubes in square, rectangular, flat sided oval, elliptical and many other custom shapes in a variety of metals. With the additional T-Trans tube loading device, the system streamlines the loading process by effortlessly accommodating tubes ranging from 3m to 9.2m in length and 20mm to 230mm in diameter.
According to Wendy Liu, the Regional Sales Manager at Bodor Germany, the T series tube cutting lasers have always been a popular choice among clients. “Through the TUBE 2024 platform, we hope to reach out to more potential partners so that they could experience the exceptional performance of Bodor T series machines.”
