Bodor Laser Global Headquarters Dream Park Main Building Tops Out

On June 1, 2024, the central building of Bodor’s global headquarters - an approximately 100-meter-tall, 26-story main tower - was officially topped out. This accomplishment represents a new phase in the development of the Bodor Dream Park project. 

During Phase I, the Bodor headquarters site spans about 50.7 acres with a total investment of $138 million and a building area of 250,000 square meters. The design concept incorporates the letters “b” and “o” from the Bodor logo, successfully blending modern techniques with traditional culture. It also reflects on Bodor’s mission to “change human life with laser technology.”

The central building of the Bodor Dream Park can accommodate the needs of 5,000 people. In addition to the research lab that spans over 20,000 square meters, the production area impressively covers 80,000 square meters. In the future, the Bodor team aspires to create dozens of new production lines and achieve tens of billions of annual output value.

 The construction of the raft foundation for the central building commenced in October 2023. Since then, the Bodor team has been working on the site, from pile foundation work to the main structure construction. In just 8 months, a towering building has risen from the ground.

The global headquarters project is expected to complete construction by the end of this year and become fully operational by March 2025. 

By that time, the site will have evolved into a comprehensive laser industrial park, specializing in research on laser machines, automation, optical components, software, and intelligent systems. Meanwhile, the project aims to serve as a community for office, recreation, socializing, and living, offering ample resources for all Bodor employees.

The Bodor Laser Global Headquarters will become a city of dreams - free, open, innovative, and collaborative. The site helps establish Bodor’s leading position in the global laser industry. It also injects new vitality into the development of local city, writing a new chapter in its growth.
