The self-cooling method of Pro 1500 ensures steady, efficient performance for welding projects. The key of the self-cooling system originates from Constant Temperature Circulation, a Bodor’s technical patent. Different from typical cooling methods that use air or liquid, the system cools itself through refrigerant, making sure the consistency of 24/7 laser power output regardless of extreme environments. Additionally, refrigerant cooling eliminates the need to change or refill water, substantially lowering operating costs.
Pro 1500 was operated and tested in rigorous lab conditions from -20℃ to +60℃ and in humidity levels up to 90% for more than 10,000 hours. This is a strong indicator of its excellent durability as well as operating safety. Welding metal processed through this machine exhibits exceptional advantages in bending, hardness, and tensile strength.
Without a built-in water tank, Pro 1500 is less voluminous and more compact than average laser welding systems. It takes up a covering area of only 0.24㎡, providing users with maximum flexibility and capability for machinery operations in different working scenarios.
Pro 1500’s multifunctional control knob is incredibly useful as users are able to select welding process from the Bodor Welding Process Database and adjust welding parameters (e.g. power, weld bead width, frequency, etc) effortlessly. The machine will automatically store customized parameters for operations in the future. Users can also turn on/off the machine by pressing the knob.
